SPECIALISTS SHARE KNOWLEDGE OVER MEDICAL EDUCATION AT SGRR MEDICAL COLLEGE DEHRADUN.
The Medical Education Unit (M.E.U.) of Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences has organized a Three Days Basic Course in Medical Education Workshop. This Basic Course in Medical Education Workshop has been organized from 06 th May to 08th May 2025 in which MEU specialists shared knowledge about the ultra-modern dimensions of Medical Education. All the topics of the BCME were discussed and knowledge on the contemporary subjects of the Goals, learning objectives, competencies, dimensions of new Curriculum to the faculty of college was dissipated.
The programme started with welcome address by Principal Dr. Ashok Nayak of SGRRI&HS. The Co-ordinator of Medical Education Unit Dr. Puneet Ohri and National Medical Commission’s observer Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences’ Dr. Juhi Kalra gave brief insight followed by lamp lighting.
Dr. Anjali Choudhary welcomed all the participants and introduced them with the programme schedule. Principal, SGRR Medical College, Dr. Ashok Nayak said that the basic objective of this BCME is to acquaint the faculty members with the ultra-modern and popular models of Medical Education. He said that the faculties trained through such programmes will help in effective outcome of the new curriculum, hence this will help the students.

Mathur, Dr. Nidhi Jain, Dr. Sulekha Nautiyal, Dr. Rajendra Kumar Srivastava, Dr. Megha Luthra, Dr. Lalit Kumar, Dr. Manali, Dr. Robina Makker, Dr. Nidhi Anand, Presented the presentation & also make the faculty do hands on training & exercise.
The three day workshop concluded on 8th May 2025 with new enthusiasm & energy among 30 trained faculty.
